Quispe, will share their experiences, struggles, and successes against the backdrop of a
pandemic, climate change, and political turmoil in the second poorest nation in the Western
Hemisphere. Learn how the Bolivian Quaker Education Fund (BQEF), founded by LASC friend Newton Garver (1928-2014), helps young people access higher education amid great challenges.
