This SURJ Buffalo Action Hour is the chance to come together and learn more about decarceration and abolition, and then take action to support important Black and People of Color-led campaigns for policies seeking to create deeply needed change in the criminal legal system. We’ll call and email decision makers, sign petitions, and take other actions to flank the vital work happening across our local community, state, and country. Action Hours work best if you have your phone and a computer. We will get you all prepped and ready to take action. We hope you’ll join us and feel free to invite others too!
