NYAGV is hosting Sandy and Lonnie Phillips, parents of 24 year-old Jessica Ghawi, victim of the shooting at the movie theater in Aurora, Colorado on July 20, 2012. Sandy and Lonnie are crossing the country to tell their story and story of Jessica’s life and death. They will also share their fight against the corporate gun lobby to hold it accountable for the death of Jessie and so many others.

Meet and Greet event, Thursday, May 25 at 7pm. St. Paul’s Episcopal Cathedral, Walker Room, 139 Pearl Street (across from the Main Place Mall).
