(92 Franklin Street, 4th floor) Committee chair April Baskin plans to ask Howard questions about NYS Commission of Correction’s report that Erie County’s jails rank among the five worst in the state; that’s out of 62 counties. It seems Ms Baskin is focused on the issue and wants to work on shining a light on the shame Howard has brought to our community and the harm he imposed on those in his custody.
