National Fuel is suing landowners across Western New York for eminent domain condemnation to build the Northern Access Pipeline.  This comes after New York’s Department of Environmental Conservation last month denied all water permits required by state law and the Clean Water Act.  Despite National Fuel having no project, and no probability of ever having a project to build, they want to set a precedent and send a warning to future opponents that the little guy always loses.  We need to send a message back!  Join us to sit and observe the court case at Erie County Court, Tuesday June 6th so we can hold National Fuel and Justice O’Donnell accountable!
