POSTPONED: Erie County Landowners – Eminent Domain Court Case

July 18, 2017 @ 9:00 am EDT

The hearing is POSTPONED. National Fuel is suing landowners across Western New York for eminent domain condemnation to build the Northern Access Pipeline.  This comes after New York’s Department of Environmental Conservation last month denied all water permits required by state law and the Clean Water Act.  Despite National Fuel having no project, and no probability of ever having a project to build, they want to set a precedent and send a warning to future opponents that the little guy always loses.  Join us in solidarity to sit and observe the court case at Erie County Court, July 18th (gathering in front of courthouse at 9am; court is at 9:30am; time of conclusion unknown) so we can hold National Fuel and Justice O’Donnell accountable! (postponed from June 6).

Erie County Court, 25 Delaware Ave, Buffalo, NY Part 21
25 Delaware Ave, Buffalo, NY 14202 Justice: Hon. John F. O’Donnell J.S.C. Petitioner National Fuel v 15 Landowners. Clerk’s Phone: 716-845-9486

Any adverse disruption could jeopardize the case for the landowners.
Please know, the dates (time) can change. It is best to call the day before to confirm.
