This law bans discrimination against those of any race, religion, gender identity and sexual orientation. Under the law everyone is equal and entitled to equal protection against discrimination.
Everyone has a right to a fair trial whether we are citizens or immigrants we are granted the right to prove our innocence in court. Fair trials are important because they protect our constitutional right.
